Nozzle bags are usually made of a variety of materials:
1. Polyethylene (PE): (LDPE) or (HDPE) is a common material used in snorkel bags with good flexibility and sealing properties.
2. Polypropylene (PP): (PP) has high strength and heat resistance, commonly used in the zip or self-adhesive sealing part of the pipette bag.
3. polyethylene terephthalate (PET): high strength and transparency, commonly used in the need for high transparency and strength requirements of the nozzle bag.
4. bi-oriented polypropylene (BOPP): has good tensile strength and printing adaptability, commonly used in the printing layer of the nozzle bag.
5. Multi-layer composites: for example:
- PE/PP/PE: Combines the flexibility of PE with the strength and barrier properties of PP.
- PET/PE/PE: combines the strength and transparency of PET with the sealing properties of PE.
- PA/EVOH/PA: combines the strength of PA with the excellent barrier properties of EVOH.
6. Aluminium Foil: Coated with a layer of aluminium on a plastic film to provide good barrier and light blocking properties.
